Application Process & Timeline
Organisations apply by submitting a letter of intent and financial information to Pikes Peak United Way. The letter should include:

- Key performance indicators aligned with one of the priority areas
Applications are reviewed by a Community Impact Council and Board of Directors. Applicants are screened for fiscal responsibility, effectiveness, and impact alignment. The application process includes a volunteer site visit, with volunteers scoring applications before final allocation decisions are made by the Board of Directors. Grants are paid in monthly instalments.
