Application Method

Community Action Grants: Biannual competitive application process (Spring and Fall cycles) through online application portal at pacfwv.com. Applicants may submit only one application per grant cycle. Special and Urgent Needs (SUN) Grants: Up to $4,000 for emergency situations.

Eligibility: Must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization or public institution (public school, government agency) operating within or directly benefiting the service area.
