Kansas only. Grants can support only services provided in Kansas or for Kansans. If an organization is based in or provides services in another state, prorated support will be considered with documentation verifying the percentage of services provided in Kansas.

  • Nonprofit organizational capacity for health and human service organizations ($20,000-$50,000)
  • Priority given to organizations serving low-income, uninsured populations

What They Don't Fund

  • Services outside Kansas or not benefiting Kansans
  • Traditional city or neighborhood sidewalks (for trails program)
  • Trail amenities like exercise stations, playground equipment, benches, gazebos, and general landscaping
  • Trails that prohibit public access

Application Method

Applications must be submitted online through the foundation's grant management portal (Fluxx system). The foundation uses a Request for Proposal (RFP) process with specific deadlines for different grant programs.
