Application Process & Timeline

Applications must be submitted through the Foundation's online grant application portal on their website. The process begins with a Letter of Inquiry (LOI). Based on the LOI responses and fund availability, applicants will receive either a link to complete a full grant application or notice they are not eligible at that time.

The Foundation meets quarterly in March, June, September, and December. Applications are considered on a rolling, first-come-first-served basis. When the maximum number of requests for a quarterly meeting is reached, applications roll to the next quarter. Applicants are encouraged to apply early in the quarter in which they wish to receive funds.

Required documents include a full year's profit and loss statement showing all income and expenses broken down by programme, management, and fundraising classes, a current balance sheet compared to the prior year, and a completed workbook uploaded to the application portal.
