Application Process & Timeline
The Bean Foundation accepts applications electronically through Dropbox. The Trustees meet three times per year to review applications:
- December 1 deadline → decision at February meeting
- April 1 deadline → decision at June meeting
- September 1 deadline → decision at November meeting
Only one proposal per organisation is accepted per grant cycle. The process timeline is approximately 3 months from submission to decision.
