Application Method
Two-step process:
- Letter of Inquiry (LOI): Organizations submit a 3-page LOI through the online grant portal at any time. LOIs are reviewed on a rolling basis for eligibility and alignment with funding priorities.
- Full Proposal: By invitation only after LOI review. Proposals are reviewed twice a year in March and September.
Multi-year grants are considered for programs demonstrating sustained impact. Approximately 40-49 grants are awarded annually.
